Sprint

Ninety days. Credibility built. Podcast engine ready to run.

The Sprint establishes the CEO's Thought Leadership positioning and builds the podcast engine that produces the peer conversations. Bounded scope, done in ninety days. If you want HMG to run it after, that becomes the Program.

Who the Sprint is for.

The Sprint is for European B2B CEOs who:

  • Want the credibility foundation and the podcast engine built quickly.
  • Have or will build internal capacity to run the podcast engine after the Sprint ends.
  • Are not yet ready to commit to the twelve-month Program.
  • Meet the same core qualification: consequential deals worth €250,000 and above, credibility that affects buyer confidence, a personally-owned podcast that is workable in the organization.

The Sprint is not the right fit if you want HMG to operate the engine ongoing. That is the Program.

What the Sprint delivers.

Credibility foundation

Strategic narrative development. Owned platform built and published. First editorial work under the CEO's name. The public evidence needed for peers to recognize the CEO as a Thought Leader.

Ninety days of intensive foundation work.

Podcast engine established

Guest scoring criteria set. First target list qualified and prioritized. Production process documented. Editorial cadence templates built. First two to four recordings produced to validate the engine works.

The engine is operational by day ninety. Whether it keeps operating depends on you.

Handover and enablement

Documentation of the entire operating rhythm. Templates for invitations, briefings, and publication. Training for the internal team member or members who will run the engine. HMG steps back at the end of the Sprint.

Team and studio

Strategy, editorial, film, design, production, distribution. Under one strategic direction for ninety days.

What the Sprint does not include.

The Sprint does not include ongoing operation. It builds the credibility, establishes the podcast engine, produces the first recordings, and hands the operation over. After ninety days, HMG is out.

Running the engine ongoing requires internal capability: someone to score new guests, send invitations, prepare briefings, coordinate recordings, publish content, capture intelligence for the commercial team, and maintain the credibility work over time. Most companies do not have this capability internally.

If you want HMG to run the engine ongoing, that is the Program. If you want to build the capability internally, the Sprint gives you the foundation.

The ninety-day rhythm.

  • Weeks 1 to 2
Discovery. Strategic narrative locked. Positioning brief agreed. Internal owner named.
  • Weeks 3 to 5
Credibility build. Owned platform designed and built. First editorial pieces drafted and published.
  • Weeks 6 to 8
Podcast engine build. Scoring criteria set. Target list qualified. Production process documented. First recording produced.
  • Weeks 9 to 12
Handover. Additional recordings. Team training. Documentation delivered. Engine operational and ready to run independently.

What HMG owns. What you own.

What HMG owns

Strategy for the credibility work. Editorial direction. Podcast engine design. Guest qualification process. Production of the first recordings. Handover documentation and training.

What you own

Everything that happens after day ninety. Your internal owner runs the ongoing operation. Your commercial team executes the deals that arise from the recorded conversations. Final approval on every public asset produced under your name.

Investment and commitment.

Investment
€15,000 to €25,000 depending on scope.
Timeline
Ninety days.
CEO participation
Approximately three to four hours per week during the intensive foundation work in weeks 1 to 6. Two hours per week during the podcast engine build and handover in weeks 7 to 12.
Client-side commitments
Named internal owner appointed by end of week 2, who will run the podcast engine after the Sprint ends.

What happens after the Sprint.

Two paths.

Path 1

Run it internally

Your team operates the podcast engine using the process HMG documented and the training delivered. Recordings continue at whatever cadence you can sustain. Credibility work maintained by internal Communications or Marketing. The circle forms if the operation is disciplined.

Path 2

Convert to Program

HMG operates the podcast engine ongoing at Program scope. Twelve months, two recordings a month, full circle maintenance. The Sprint fee is credited against the Program investment.

Sprint questions.

Can HMG guarantee the internal team will keep the engine running?

No. The Sprint builds the foundation and hands it over with training. Whether the operation continues depends on your internal owner, the priority the organization gives it, and the sustained CEO participation.

Can we credit an existing Audit against the Sprint?

Yes. A completed €2,500 Audit is credited in full against the Sprint investment.

Can we credit the Sprint against the Program?

Yes. If you decide to convert to the twelve-month Program, the full Sprint fee is credited against the Program investment.

What if we cannot find an internal owner?

The Sprint is not the right fit. Consider the Program, or wait until an internal owner is available.

Where to start.

Every Sprint engagement begins with the Audit. A confidential paid diagnostic that answers whether the credibility exists today to justify the Sprint scope, and whether the operating conditions are in place on the company side.
