What the Programme includes

The Programme is delivered by the HMG Studio, an in-house creative team operating across seven domains of CEO authority on your behalf.

Your leadership narrative is defined and maintained as the spine of everything else. Reviewed quarterly. Reset annually if your position has shifted.

Personal website:

Your owned, permanent infrastructure. Designed, built, and maintained by HMG. Updated as your narrative and priorities evolve.

Brand and thought leadership video:

Your perspective captured on video. Brand clips establish who you are at the level of identity. Thought leadership video translates specific frameworks and decisions into long-term reference content.

Podcast production:

A fully produced business podcast hosted by you. Every episode handled end-to-end by the Studio, from guest research and outreach to production, distribution, and content rollout. One recording produces a month of derivative indexed content and one new strategic relationship at the same time.

Photography:

Professional photography refreshed throughout the engagement. Used across every surface where you are seen and indexed.

Content and writing:

Articles, essays, LinkedIn posts, and scripts produced by HMG's journalists in close collaboration with you. Not ghostwriting. Translation of how you actually think into language that the market can carry.

Social media management:

Consistent distribution across the platforms where your authority is read and indexed. Editorial planning, publishing, community management, and performance tracking are handled by the Studio, so your two hours per month are spent on the work that only you can do.

Keynote and speaking representation:

Active representation for keynote opportunities, panel invitations, and selected media appearances. The Studio handles outreach, evaluation, briefing, and content development for each engagement.

How the Programme runs

Your commitment is approximately two hours per month. The Studio operates in the background, managed by a single point of accountability within HMG.

Progress is tracked against your CEO Authority Score across all five dimensions, reviewed quarterly, and reported to you with full transparency. You will always know where you stand, how far you have moved, and what is driving the results.

The strategy is reviewed quarterly and reset annually if your position, priorities, or market context has shifted. The Programme adapts with you.
