Originally from Bahía Blanca, Argentina, she has Argentine and Italian roots, which shape her multicultural perspective.
Before moving abroad, she built a solid corporate career over 12 years in Argentina, while simultaneously developing her passion for media through work in TV and radio.
Journalism began as a parallel path alongside her studies, eventually becoming central to her professional identity. Her experience allows her to bridge structured business thinking with creative communication.
At the age of 35, Flor chose to step out of her comfort zone and move abroad to pursue personal and professional growth. Amsterdam became her destination after a visit in 2018, when she felt an immediate connection with the city’s atmosphere and openness.
Beyond her professional work, she has cultivated a strong artistic side as a musician and songwriter. Creativity plays a key role in how she approaches both storytelling and client relationships. She is also a certified yoga teacher, bringing mindfulness and balance into her daily life.
Flor enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and staying connected to nature. She values working in environments where she can be fully herself, combining freedom with responsibility, qualities she considers among her greatest strengths.
One of the most transformative experiences in her life was spending a month studying in Cambridge, where she truly experienced what it means to live far from home. That moment expanded her worldview and strengthened her independence.
Today, Flor combines her corporate background, media experience, and creative mindset to help others express themselves with confidence and clarity.
