Are your largest, most complex deals taking too long because buyer trust starts too late?
Build a CEO-Podcast that puts your CEO in the room with the decision-makers shaping your most important deals.
It's a 12-month, fully managed CEO-Podcast designed to help the right decision-makers understand and trust your CEO before sales asks them to decide. It is built and operated by Heitland Media Group (HMG), the team behind international executive podcasts and more than 1,000 produced episodes.
What people are saying
What you get with your CEO-Podcast
1. CEO thought leadership positioning
We define the commercially relevant thought leadership position your CEO can own and build a CEO Story Library around the experience, decisions and points of view that make that position credible.
2. A fully managed executive podcast
Heitland Media Group (HMG) builds and operates the podcast, manages the executive guest pipeline and prepares, produces and publishes at least two substantive conversations each month after launch.
3. Public proof and commercial handoff
Each approved conversation adds to a public record of your CEO's judgement and peer relevance. HMG captures the relationship context and routes appropriate next actions to your commercial team.

Frequently asked questions
What actually happens during the twelve months?
This is not a production-only podcast package. During the first four weeks, we define the CEO's commercially relevant thought leadership position, build the CEO Story Library, establish the podcast and prepare the initial executive guest pipeline.
After launch, Heitland Media Group (HMG) manages guest invitations, preparation, production, publication, proof creation, relationship context and reporting. The operating rhythm includes at least two substantive executive conversations each month.
The CEO provides the judgement, joins the conversations and approves the material priorities. HMG manages the operation around that contribution.
What does our company have at the end?
Your company has a clear CEO thought leadership position, an established executive podcast and a growing public record of approved conversations that buyers can inspect before a sales meeting.
Your commercial team also receives source-backed relationship context and appropriate next actions. The client remains responsible for qualification, proposals, pricing, negotiation and conversion.
Is this right for our company and industry?
The strongest fit is a growing B2B company with annual revenue above €20 million, selling complex, high-value solutions where a small number of consequential relationships affect growth.
The industry is less important than the commercial conditions. The CEO must have real judgement to contribute, credibility must matter to buyer trust or senior access, and a named commercial owner must be ready to use the relationship context appropriately.
It is not designed for companies seeking generic content volume, personal-brand attention, guaranteed leads, sales outsourcing or a podcast the CEO will not substantively lead. Declining or restructuring companies are not a preferred fit.
How much does the CEO-Podcast cost?
Every CEO-Podcast is tailored to the company, the CEO and the commercial relationships it needs to strengthen. The investment depends on the positioning work, guest strategy, production format, operating scope and governance required.
We establish fit first. HMG then defines the exact scope, responsibilities, fees and start plan before either side commits.
