Living in cities like St. Petersburg and Kazan exposed her to diverse cultures and ways of life. These experiences helped her develop a natural curiosity and sensitivity toward people and environments.
With a background in engineering at the Aviation Institute, Irina combines intellectual depth with a structured way of thinking. Her technical education laid the foundation for her ability to understand complex systems and processes. Over time, she developed strong organizational and operational skills. With experience in operations, apparel production, and small-business management, Irina brings a refined sense for service design and quality control.
Irina is known for being kind-hearted, patient, and emotionally perceptive, bringing a thoughtful and balanced presence to the team. Her sensitivity is paired with a quiet strength and wisdom that allow her to navigate challenges with calm and clarity. She has a natural ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and bring structure into dynamic situations.
At Heitland Media Group, she plays a key role in organizing workflows, supporting processes, and ensuring that ideas are translated into clear and efficient execution. Her attention to detail and ability to control and optimize processes make her an essential part of the team. She enjoys contributing in ways that support others and help the company grow sustainably.
