Constanze's journey is shaped by resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of human connection. Born in Freiberg in former East Germany, she experienced a significant life transition at a young age when her family left before the fall of the Berlin Wall. This early experience instilled in her a deep understanding of change and the importance of stability and family.

Her work experience includes retail and customer-focused roles for many years at IKEA, where she gained extensive experience in service and team environments.

Constanze describes herself as highly organized and disciplined, with a natural drive to bring ideas into action. She values efficiency and structure, while also recognizing that patience is something she continues to develop. Her work style is hands-on, proactive, and grounded in responsibility.

Living abroad for the first time in her mid-thirties, including time in Sweden, Moscow, and Spain, played a key role in her personal growth. Her time in Russia was particularly meaningful, as she found the people and culture warm, welcoming, and friendly, leaving a lasting positive impression. These international experiences made her more open, adaptable, and confident in navigating new environments. At the same time, raising her daughter across different countries has been both a challenge and a meaningful journey, requiring balance, strength, and care.

At Heitland Media Group, Constanze provides essential administrative support, helping to keep processes organized and running smoothly. She brings reliability, structure, and a strong sense of responsibility to the team. Known for her empathy, kindness, and willingness to help, she contributes to a supportive and positive work environment.
