Today we are going to talk about the CEO Authority Impact framework, and that framework will help you to succeed with your thought leadership. I. The number one thing of the framework is credibility. Credibility is built over time.
You as a CEO are credible because you have had achievements in your career. You have done things successful. You have had clients that you have serviced in a proper way, and that gives you the credibility and trust of your clients. The second part is the visibility. If you want to gain more customers at or more clients.
You need to be visible. That means people need to be able to explore you and find you. If you are not visible, people have no possibility to understand how credible you are, and that leads us to opportunity if you want to get more opportunities. That is I. Keynote speaking clients products sold. Whatever your business is about means you need to combine these things, and that works like this.
Credibility times visibility equals opportunity. If visibility is high and credibility is high, you have the biggest amount of opportunity. But the tricky thing with CEOs is most of the time you have a huge credibility. But nobody can see it. Nobody can explore you on LinkedIn because you're not posting enough.
Nobody sees you when they Google your name. Or if we look into the new world, which is ai, let's say chat, GTP as an example, chat, GTP does not know you. That means you have a low opportunity scoring and if you combine these three things in a proper way.
