Sprint engagement: EUR 15,000 to 25,000. Final scope agreed in the first conversation.


Two tiers.

Sprint Core. EUR 15,000.

The seven components delivered to a defined standard scope. Suited to CEOs at €20 to 50 million companies, in stable industries, with a clear ideal client profile and one strategic engagement to win in the next two quarters.

Sprint Extended. EUR 25,000.

Core plus deeper scope. Additional brand-film content, extended distribution runway, executive-team alignment work, multi-language treatment where required. For CEOs whose record needs to hold up in more than one market, or to more than one type of buyer.


How the engagement is structured.

Three milestones. Three payments.

  • 30% on signature.
  • 40% at the midpoint review, on day 45, when the positioning is locked, the website framework is built, and the first films and writing are reviewed. If the work to date does not meet what was agreed in the first conversation, the engagement closes. The 30% deposit is the only cost. There is no commitment to continue.
  • 30% on delivery, on day 90, when every component is shipped, distribution is live, and you have signed off on the record.

The midpoint is a real decision point. It exists so the buyer is not asked to trust the firm for ninety days on day one. They are asked to trust it for forty-five.


Cadence.

The HMG Studio takes four Sprint clients per quarter. The next cohort opens 1 July 2026.

This is true because of the Studio's capacity, not as a marketing device. The cadence keeps the work bespoke and the production team's attention undivided.


Time commitment from you.

Approximately two hours per month. The Studio handles every production task. Your time is reserved for judgement, approvals, and the working sessions on positioning that only you can do.


The first step.

Every Sprint begins with the CEO Authority Audit as the opening phase. The Audit establishes the baseline, confirms scope, and defines what the Sprint is built to close. EUR 2,500. If the Audit has been completed separately, that amount carries forward in full.
