Executive Authority Sprint · Summer 2026

Position yourself
for what's next.

The eight-week cohort for senior executives
who think in years, not quarters.

For 7+ years, HMG has built trust infrastructure for top CEOs around the world. This summer, for the first time, we are opening the same framework at executive tier.

Cohort of 25. Capstone in The Hague, 5 September. Applications close Sunday 15 June.

Every organisation restructures.

The reorganisation you did not see coming changes your role. The leadership rotation hands you a new boss who did not hire you. The merger surfaces redundancies. The market shifts, and your division is "non-core."

Most executives wait. Most executives hope. Most executives wake up one day to find the organisation decided their future for them.

A few build something the organisation cannot take from them. Their own trust capital. Their own verifiable substance. Their own credibility, in their own name, sitting where stakeholders look.

Then when the change comes, and it always does, they have options. Board seats. Founder launches. Better roles elsewhere. Choice.

The Executive Authority Sprint is for executives who would rather build the trust capital before they need it.

What you leave with.

Over eight weeks, you build the trust infrastructure that positions you for:

01

Business deals

Inbound deal flow when counterparties verify you and find substance, judgment, and track record. Not noise.

02

Job opportunities

Senior recruiters and executive search firms find depth when they research you. Trust becomes a talent signal.

03

Board opportunities

Non-executive director and advisory roles open when nominating committees verify you and find consistent substance.

04

Launching your own business

Corporate-to-founder transitions are easier when trust capital is built before you leave the seat.

05

A real peer network

Twenty-five senior executives at the same career-pivot moment. Honest peer accountability, real introductions, lasting professional bonds.

What makes this different.

01

We do not build influencers

We build credibility and trust. Most executive programmes promise more visibility. We promise the opposite. Visibility is a downstream byproduct of substance, never the goal. The point is that when stakeholders verify you, they find depth.

02

We work with long-term thinkers only

This Sprint is for executives positioning now for the next 3-5 years. Trust capital compounds. What you build this summer is your professional asset for the next decade. If you are looking for "go viral in 30 days," this is not for you.

03

We teach. You build.

You build your own trust infrastructure (website, professional surfaces, content rhythm, network activation) with HMG teaching the minimum tech needed. Low-tech, hands-on, no code required. Ownership creates leverage. You maintain your own asset for the next decade.

The capstone — The Hague, 5 September.

A full day with the cohort. Twenty-five senior executives in one room. Peer-led presentations. Honest response from people who have seen each other at draft stage and at finished stage.

Each participant presents the work they have built over the eight weeks. The cohort responds. Jens responds. The room becomes the network. Each person leaves with a bound book of the cohort, a written six-month commitment witnessed by 24 peers, and a standing date to meet again six months later.

The day is not theatre. There are no external speakers. No music between sessions. No spectacle. Just the work and the room.

Investment.

€5,000 for the full Sprint.

Payable in full on acceptance.

We stand behind this

If you attend every live session, complete the weekly work, take part in at least one personal call with Jens, and join the capstone in The Hague, and the Sprint does not deliver meaningful value to your long-term trust and credibility position, request a full refund within 30 days of the capstone. Without further inquiry into your reasoning. The risk sits with us.

Who this is, and is not, for.

This Sprint is for you if

  • You are a senior executive (VP, Director, Head of, Managing Director, General Manager, or similar)
  • You are positioning for the next 3-5 years, a board seat, a founder launch, a senior external role, or change you can see coming
  • You think in years, not quarters
  • You are willing to learn just enough tech to own your authority infrastructure long-term
  • You want to be the most credible and trusted person in your industry, not the loudest

This is not for you if

  • You are looking for fast follower growth, viral posts, or influencer-style content
  • You want quick wins or transactional lead-generation tactics
  • You would rather have it all done for you with no involvement (we offer a separate done-for-you tier for that)
  • You are not at a career-pivot moment

Details.

When does it start?

The Sprint runs 7 July through 4 September 2026. Capstone is Saturday 5 September in The Hague.

How much time will it take?

Approximately 6-8 hours per week. One 90-minute live session, around six hours of independent work between sessions. Plan for around 50-60 hours total across the eight weeks plus the capstone day.

What if I am on holiday during the programme?

Sessions are recorded and available throughout the programme. Recordings end when the programme ends. A short summer holiday is expected. You should plan to attend most live sessions and complete the work.

What if I cannot make the capstone in The Hague?

The capstone is core to the programme. If you absolutely cannot attend, please do not apply. We will run another cohort in 2027.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use LinkedIn, a word processor, and email, you can do this. We use low-tech tools (Squarespace, Wix-level). HMG teaches the minimum tech needed.

Who is Jens?

Jens Heitland, founder of Heitland Media Group. Spent 7+ years building authority infrastructure for senior executives and CEOs across Europe and beyond. Speaker, advisor, and author on corporate and human innovation.

What if the cohort does not fill?

If fewer than 12 executives register by 15 June 2026, the Sprint will not run and we will issue full refunds to all registrants. We will not run a half-filled cohort.

What happens after the Sprint?

Most participants continue building on their own. That is the point of the do-it-yourself approach. For those who want HMG to execute the playbook for them, we offer a separate done-for-you tier at €15,000-25,000.
